Non-urgent advice: GP Patient Survey
Results from The GP Patient Survey that was conducted in 2020 indicated that 94% of respondents find they have had enough support from local services or organisations in the last 12 months to help manage their long-terms condition(s).
It also showed that 93% of respondents find the healthcare professional that they they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last general appointment.
