CQC

What is CQC?

The Care Quality Commission is an independent health and adult social care regulator.

Their job is to make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and to advise on ways to improve.

This is done by monitoring, inspecting and regulating services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and findings are published, including performance ratings to help people choose care.

Wood Lane Medical Centre had a CQC inspection on July 23rd 2019.
