Getting Your Test Results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you directly.
Once a doctor has reviewed your results, you can access them in one of the following ways:
- Online: Log in to your NHS account using the NHS App or via the NHS website
- Patient Access: If you use Patient Access, you can view your results there.
- By Phone or In Person: Call or visit us between 10am and 4pm and we will let you know your results.

Questions About Your Results
If you have questions or need help understanding your results, you can fill out an online form via Blinx and someone from the practice will get in touch with you.
Blinx Online ConsultationIf You Haven’t Heard Back
If you haven’t received your results within 5 working days, please contact us. You can:
- Call the practice
- Use the Blinx form to ask for an update
Urgent results: If your result is urgent, we will contact you directly. You do not need to chase urgent results.
