GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect in May 2018. It replaced the Data Protection Act 1998 and sets rules on how we handle your personal information.

Subject Access Request (SAR)

You have the legal right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR).

How to Make a Request

You can make a request for your medical records by completing a Blinx Online Consultation Form by

  • Select “I have an admin request”
  • Then click “I need a full copy of my medical records (Subject Access Request)
