Complaints Procedure

We aim to give the best service to all our patients. If something goes wrong, you have the right to complain without discrimination and to receive a clear explanation of the outcome.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please do so as soon as possible—ideally within a few days—so we can look into the matter quickly.
