We’re inviting patients aged 65 and over to join us for a friendly coffee morning at Ruislip Manor Library on Wednesday 10th September, from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
Come along to meet your Primary Care Network (PCN) team, enjoy free tea and coffee, and learn more about the NHS App and Autumn Health initiatives.
This event is held in partnership with GLL Better Health and Hillingdon Confederation.
