MMR & Flu Vaccination Clinic
The North West London roving team in collaboration with Hillingdon Local Authority are hosting a vaccination clinic for Flu and Measles at:
Pavillions Shopping Centre, 18 Chequers Square, Uxbridge, UB8 1LN on the Tuesday 13th February 2024 between 10:00am – 4:00pm
Available on the day will be Flu vaccinations to those who are:
– Aged 65 years old or over (by March 31st 2024)
– Aged 18 to 64 years old and are at increased risk
– Pregnant
– Living in a care hold for older adults
– A frontline health or social care worker
– Aged 18 to 64 years old and live with someone with a weakened immune system
– Aged 18 to 64 years old and are a carer
In light of the recent Measles cases in England, patients are advised to bring along their children to get them vaccinated and protected against becoming seriously unwell with Measles.
– Vaccinations available to one-year-old and over
– First ad second doses available
– Discuss eligibility with our nurses
– Please bring your child’s Red Book
Also available will be Free Health Consultations for:
– Blood glucose checks
– Blood pressure checks
– Immunisations signposting
– BMI (Body Mass Index) checks
– Smoking cessation information
– Alcohol management information
– General health & wellbeing conversations
