FREE Mental Health Support for over 16yrs old

Hillingdon Cove, which is now based in Ickenham Road Ruislip, is a safe space for individuals aged 16 years and over to get free mental health support in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Hot drinks and snacks are available.

No appointment is needed and they are open everyday from 2pm until 10pm.
